Teddi Danso, a.k.a. bigteddi is a professional bass
guitarist and singer. He started performing during his university days in
Ghana, his hometown. He later traveled to England to further his studies and
then moved to Nigeria where he played with King Sunny
Adé and Charley Boy. He has also played with Yvonne Chaka Chaka and
Malaika of South Africa, Miatta Fanbule of Liberia and Dan Irabor of the USA.
Teddi has released three albums and the fourth, recorded in South Africa, will
be released soon. He studied physiology and anatomy but opted to play music for
the love of it.
