Tiny started dancing with the Soweto Dance Theatre under the guidance of the late great dancer/choreographer Jackie Semela. In 2000, Tiny won the Best Dancer award in Johannesburg’s annual Arts Alive competition. Tiny is a feature performer in Drumstruck and has travelled with the cast to Beijing, Sydney and New York. She also forms a part of the Basadi Le Meropa group through which she showcases her talents in marimba, drums, dance and song. Tiny has recently started playing the kit drum.
